課程概述 |
This course introduces agricultural policies to the interested graduate students. It is intended for students who have studied microeconomic theory at least at the first year graduate school level. Students who have finished an advanced course in production economics are equally welcome. The objective of this course is to help students know about agricultural policies and comprehend their economic outcomes. The material of the course will have a better appreciation for the usefulness of economic theory and a good understanding of how farm programs works and with what consequences for farm output and input markets. The course will seek the right balance among description of program details, modeling program effects, and reviewing relevant policy researches. |

midterm exam 40%, final exam
20%,and term paper 20%.
